I just came back from another two parties today, one is the BBQ in our department and the other is a farewell gathering for Hiro, an exchange student from Kumamoto University this year but he is going back to Japan tomorrow.
The BBQ was great! I like my department and all the teachers and students there, so it was great to see most of the people got together. It really sad that we are going to be last students of East Asian Deparment next year, but luckily all students in my year get well together and I am sure we will have a good time next year! Then after that one we went straight to Van Midert for the a farewell for Hiro. Every year this time is always farewell parties or gathering. It happened to me every single year since I was 17, so now I got used to it. But still, it’s always quite sad to see friends leaving,although you might see them again in future and can keep in touch by email or MSN, but it’s still different from being in the same place and drinking together in the bar. Don’t know what it’s going to be next year, I don’t want leave my good friends in university. But anyway, all the best to Hiro and hope everything goes well with him after going back to Japan.
Tomorrow it’s going to be the BIG DAY, because it finally comes to the AJS Boat Party! It’s going to be great fun! Really looking forward to it.
